Gantry crane hook repair techniques

(A) demolition inspection hooks, axes, horizontal  gantry crane ,  pulleys, bearings and clean lubrication
(2) Check the wear condition dangerous section
(3) Test the hook
(4) board hook overhaul
(5) hook, horizontal single girder  overhead bridge crane  , pulley shaft, not allowed to have cracks, threaded portion should not loose bearings intact, rotating wheels, thread undercuts Department has marks or cracks should be replaced.
(6) Wear dangerous section exceeds 10% of the original height should be replaced.
(7) after the overhaul, the hook should do the test checks to 1.25 times the rated load of the suspension for 10 minutes, elastic hook mouth open mouth hook size should not exceed 0.25%,Steel crane there should be no permanent deformation after unloading and cracks;
(8) the hook plate riveted, the board and the board of the gap, not greater than 0.3mm.
