Crane wire rope maintenance

Crane wire rope safe life largely depends on the quality of maintenance,hoist crane so the correct use and maintenance of wire rope is an important task. General should:

2, wire cutting, there should be measures to prevent the spread strand.
3, installation wire rope should not drag in unclean places, nor should it around in its object, should prevent stroke, grinding, crushing and excessive bending.
4, the rope should be kept well lubricated condition. Lubrication should pay special attention not easy to see and difficult to access areas, such as balancing on a rope.
5, the daily use of the rope should be checked every day, including the end portion of fixed connection, the pulley at the balance check and security make judgments.

7, the rope should prevent damage, corrosion, or other physical reasons, chemical causes of performance degradation.
