    Cause:
    1 crane operation when the starting or braking force of inertia;

    3 reducer insufficient lubrication or other causes of poor lubrication;

Precaution
    Always check the bridge  jib crane  trolley tracks parallel, horizontal and cleanliness, attention to repairing local damage and deformation of the track. Keeping carts orbit levelness, cleanliness, around the track to ensure flatness error. Should always check and tighten all bolts reducer. Always check and adjust the brakes, especially around two carts elastic springs and brake shoe and brake wheel clearance should be adjusted to be equal. Always check the condition of each reducer lubrication, try to use grease lubrication, the choice of torsional resistance, base diameter reducer.
