Lifting carts purchase of technical requirements

1, Universal  gantry crane  must be used compact design, small weight, high and low, reasonable configuration, high transmission efficiency, less wearing parts, maintenance-free rate;
     2, according to the structure set lubrication systems, lubrication points (all Rotary, hooks, pulleys, gear box and brakes, etc.) should be positioned for safe operation;
     3, common gantry crane gearbox chosen must meet the national standard, low noise, good seal, does not allow oil leakage phenomenon;
     4, Universal  hoist crane  brake device of choice, should ensure that when power is braked;
     5, carts run should be smooth, do not chew on rails, low noise;
     6, carts ends with an elastic buffer device, universal gantry crane installation, depending on the distance traveled OK.
