Mechanical failures including bearings, fan blades, chassis, coupling, cover, bearing caps, shaft and so on. Including various types of electrical failure of the switch, push button, fuses, brushes, the stator winding, rotor winding and starting equipment. Wherein the total electrical failure faults 2/3, the mechanical failure of the total 1/3.
      How to check the hearing hoist  gantry crane  bearing failure?
      Listen to the sound check

    ① heard rolling with irregular crash, then the ball has broken individual phenomenon.
    ② hear the rolling sound vibration significantly, then the bearing clearance is too large, there is the phenomenon of running sets.
    ③ rolling voice crack, sensual heavy, then the bearing oil is dirty, there is intrusion of impurities.
    ④ heard screaming rolling bearing, then the bearing lubricant too little or dry.
    ⑤ sound monotonous and uniform, but the bearing temperature is too high, then the bearing lubricating oil or lubricating viscosity is too excessive.
    ⑥ sound has fluctuated periodically, then the motor load has changed, severity inconsistent.
    ⑦ have been disassembled and cleaned electric  hoist crane  bearing cap in hand, forcefully rotate the outer ring, If you hear a noise and vibration uneven sense, then the bearing clearance is too large.
